对推行上浆新工艺的探讨

摘　　要：高压、高浓、低粘浆纱工艺具有节约能源、提高浆纱质量等优点 ,但在推行过程中 ,一些因素制约着其优越性的发挥 ,为此提出了以下建议 :重视湿分绞棒的运行质量 ;为取得良好的高压上浆效果 ,应重视压浆辊、上浆辊表面的完好状态并提高经轴质量 ;关于预湿上浆 ,可采用以高浓度浆液不断补充浆槽的办法解决浆槽浓度不稳定的问题 ;呼吁大专院校科研人员参与浆纱新工艺的研究工作 ,提高我国浆纱水平。Sizing process of high pressure, high concentration and low viscosity can save energy ,improve the quality of sizing and so on. Many factors still restrict its superiority in the process, so following suggestion is proposed: pay attention to run quality of wet dividing rod, intact state of squeezing roller and sizing roller and improve warp beam quality, resolve the problem of unstable concentration with the method of complement high concentration size liquid in size box, call upon science research person of universities and colleges participate to the work of researching new sizing process, improve native sizing technology.
