超细锦纶PU合成革中性染料染色性能的研究

摘　　要：超细锦纶与聚氨酯合成革两相得色不易均匀。为此 ,应用上海汉达化工公司的HDSET系列中性染料对超细锦纶PU合成革的染色性能进行研究 ,结果发现 ,60～ 10 0℃之间 ,染料上染速率提高较快 ;10 0～110℃之间变平缓 ;达 110℃保温时不再有明显提高。其染品性能良好 ,摩擦、皂洗牢度均达三级以上。The dyeing performance of PA/PU superfine fiber synthetic leather with HDSET Series neutral dyes was studied. As a result, at the temperature of 60～100℃, dyeing rate increased rapidly; at 100～110℃, it intended to gentle; at 110℃, it was no longer increase during holding. While the dyeing behavior of the products were better, and crocking and soaping fastness reached more than 3 grade.
