摘  要:将乙二醛树脂用于大豆纤维织物的防皱整理 ,讨论了整理剂用量、焙烘温度、焙烘时间对抗皱整理效果的影响。对织物在不同整理条件下的折皱回复角、白度、断裂强力和透气性等性能进行测试 ;确定了优化整理工艺条件 :免烫树脂 93 1 3 3 15 0 g/L、柔软剂 3 0 g/L、渗透剂JFC 2g/L ,焙烘温度 15 0℃、焙烘时间 2min。测试整理后的织物结构和性能表明 ,整理剂在纤维无定形区大分子链之间发生了交联反应 ,提高了纤维的热稳定性 ,纤维的晶区结构基本没有改变。This project applied glyoxal resin to crease-resistant finishing of soybean fiber and discussed about the influence on anti-crease finishing effect of soybean fabric treated with different finishing dosage, curing temperature and time. The optimized finishing conditions were acquired through testing crease recovery angles, the whiteness of soybean fabric, breaking strength, gas permeability and so on under different finishing conditions. These are anti-crease resin 931-33 150 g/L, softening agent 30g/L , JFC 2g/L, curing at 150℃×2min. After finishing some tests are carried out on the structure and properties of treated fabrics. The results show that the crosslinking reactions occurred between finishing agent and big-molecule chains of the uncrystallized region of fibers, which improves heat stability of fibers with little change in the structure of crystallized area of fibers.
