充填式浮选机选别硫铁矿试验研究

摘　　要：充填式浮选机是在充填式浮选柱的启发下自创的一种浮选机 ,是在普通浮选机内填充波纹板而成。介绍了用充填式浮选机选别硫铁矿的试验研究情况。试验结果表明 ,在同等试验条件下 ,充填式浮选机无论品位还是回收率都高于普通浮选机浮选指标。认为波纹板形成的曲折交叉通道使矿粒与气泡接触的机会更多 ,而波纹板上的循环孔对夹杂脉石和连生体有“过筛”作用 。Packed flotation machine is a self-created one which is made by packing corrugated plates into conventional flotation machine by the author under the enlightenment of packed flotation column. The test reseach on pyrite separation with the packed flotation machine is described. The results showed that under the same test conditions, not only the concentrate grade but the recovery of the packed flotation machine were higher than those of conventional ones. It is considered that more chances for the mineral particles to contact with bulbs due to the tortuous crossed channels formed by corrugated plates and the function of “screening” out entrapped gangues and intergrowths of the circulating holes on the plates are the causes for its better performances.
