摘　　要：对羊肚菌菌种的几种常见保藏方法进行了比较研究 ,试验结果表明在冰箱低温 0～ 4℃保藏效果较好。试管种保藏的封口方式以试管棉塞浸入石蜡、或用有孔胶塞封口为最好。这两种方式保藏的试管种在低温 0～ 4℃条件下存放 2a后转管成活率在Some common spawn preservation methods of morel were compared.The results have shown that there was a good preservation result in a temperature range of 0～4℃,and there was a much better sealed result in cotton plug with paraffine or rubber plug with a little hole .After 2 years and in the condition of 0～4℃,there were over 98 per cent of the morel spawns which were alive in diversion.
