摘　　要：本文阐述了农业可持续发展的内涵,从社会可持续性、经济可持续性、环境可持续性、资源可持续性与科技政策可持续性5个方面构建了镇江市农业可持续发展指标体系,然后就镇江市1998～2002年5年间农业发展状况作出评价,分析其发展的制约因素,最后在此基础上提出相关的对策和建议。This article explains the concept of Agricultural Sustainable Development, and designs the indicator system of it that (includes) five parts: society,economy,environment,resources and sci-tech policy. Then, it assesses the agricultural development on the case of Zhenjiang by scrutinizing the data from 1998 to 2002, and the limited factors of the Agricultural Sustainable Development in Zhenjiang are discerned out and some solutions are also proposed.
