糖还原铬鞣液与其循环铬液组成差异的研究

摘  要:本文主要采用离子交换色谱法和凝胶过滤色谱法分离糖还原铬鞣液与其循环铬液,以了解其络合物电荷和分子量分布的差异。结果表明,循环铬液中阴、中性络合物大大增加,+1~+3价铬络离子明显减少;络合物分子量较大,分布更广,稳定性更好。循环铬液中高浓度硫酸根离子的存在是造成上述差异的主要原因。Glucose-reduced chrome tan liquor and used chrome tan liquor were separated by ion exchange and gel filtration chr omatography in order to redlize the differences of the distribution of the charges and the molecular weights of their compoments. The results showed that the anionic and neutral chromium comp lexes in the used chrome tan liquor increased greatly, but+1 ~ + 3 charges chromiumion comp lexes decreased cear-ly; the molecular weights were bigger and their distribution range was wider,and the stabilities of the chromium comple xes were better. The main reason that results in the differences is the high concentration sulfate ion in the used chrome tan liquor.
