摘　　要：本文详细介绍了POLETTO公司在去肉机、片皮机和削匀机方面的设计构思。这些设计应用现代控制方法,改善了机器的性能。本文对传统观念提出质疑,总结出片灰皮这一新见解。This paper specifies the design conception on fleshing, splitting and shaving machine of pollet to. These designs have utilized modern control method to improve the machine's properties. This paper interrogates the traditional concept and lime splitting is suggested.
