摘  要:中国石油西南油气田分公司重庆气矿目前共有脱水站 19座、脱水装置 2 6套 ,对 2 4个气田的来气进行脱水处理 ,实现了干含硫天然气输送。从第一套脱水装置开始运行至今 ,各套脱水装置运行状况基本良好 ;但由于设计流程不够优化、设备选型不尽合理等 ,致使出现了脱水装置运行成本上升、脱水运行不稳定等问题。文章简述了重庆气矿天然气脱水装置的分布特点、主要设计参数、工艺流程、运行现状 ,指出了脱水装置运行过程中存在的各种问题 ,并对其原因进行了分析 ;进而重点阐述了针对这些问题所实施的技术改造及其效果 ;Chongqing Gas Mine of Southwest Oil and Gas Branch of PCL has total 19 dehydration stations and 26 dehydration plants, which make dehydration processing for 24 gas fields to deliver the dry sour gas into the transmission pipeline. From starting operation of the first dehydration plant to the date, all the dehydration plants run well. But since their design flow sheet is not optimal and the type choice is not the most reasonable, the problems, such as the operation cost of the dehydration plants increases and the dehydration status is not stable, etc., appear. The article describes the distribution features of the dehydration plants, the main design parameters, the process flow sheet, and the running status, points out the problems happening in the operation of the dehydration plants, analyzes the reasons why the problems happen, and much stresses the technical transformation aiming to the problems and the results of the transformation. In the end, suggestions are made on the technical management to how guarantee the normal operation of the dehydration plants.
