摘  要:从泡沫特性入手,探讨了影响发泡力和泡沫寿命的原因,从理论上分析解决泡沫问题的可能途径,并且通过实验加以证实.对不同配方的发泡力、泡沫稳定性以及净洗效果进行了比较,测试结果表明:m[皂基(自制高碳链不饱和酸盐)]∶m(烷基苯磺酸盐)∶m(平平加O)=(7~15)∶(80~85)∶(5~8)进行复配,可以得到泡沫少、泡沫破灭快,净洗效果好的高效低泡净洗剂.若加入消泡剂效果更佳,可降至17s,同时具有去除浮色能力强等优点.The article studied the foaming ability and the stability of th e detergents foam from the point of view of the speciality of foam. The study a nalyzed the possible methods of solving the problem of high foam, and validated them in experiments. The foaming ability,foam stability and cleaning effect of t he detergents with different composition were compared. The results showed that the composition with suitable proportion:m[the soap (unsaturated higher fatty ac id salt made by the authors)]∶m(alkylbenzenesulfonate salt)∶m(Peregal O)=(7~15 )∶(80~85)∶(5~8) could result in a high efficiency low foam detergent with low foam, rapid foam breaking, and good cleaning effect. If defoaming agent was adde d,the result was still bettered to 17 seconds together with the advantages of st rong power of removing loose colors etc.
