摘 要:环面节流多孔闭式球轴承具有整体球窝,是静压气体球轴承的一种新结构形式.通过引入流场驻点附近的无穷小邻域,使得处理该轴承在球面坐标系中球窝中心点保角变换不存在这一数学难题成为可能,并给出了用伽辽金加权余量法进行有限元离散时边界条件的数学描述.计算结果表明,尽管边界条件不同,"比例分割算法"对闭式气体球轴承气膜压力场的求解仍然有效,只是迭代时间稍长.环面节流多孔闭式球轴承在气膜中心区域存在流动滞止区,滞止区压力基本相等且高于远离供气孔的其它气膜区域的压力.With respect to the externally pressurized spherical gas bearing with inherent compensation having integrated spherical socket, an infinitesimal radius Ra was introduced to get rid of the bottleneck that conformal transformation did not exist when θ was equal to zero. A series of equations for the analysis of the boundary conditions were deduced. It was found that the proportion dividing algorithm was also applicable to the solution of the gas film pressure field of the externally pressurized spherical gas bearing with inherent compensation and integrated spherical socket, though the boundary conditions were different from that of the gas bearing with portion spherical socket. The center region in the spherical gas film of the present gas bearing was dominated by a stagnant air flow, and the pressure in the stagnant air flow region was higher than that in the other region of the gas bearing excluding the adjacent region of the orifice and remained constant.
