摘 要:利用ANSYS有限元软件对向心关节轴承GEZ101ES进行结构优化,在装配尺寸不变的条件下,通过改变球径尺寸,得到了静载荷条件下向心关节轴承球径的优化值;并对优化前后的关节轴承进行了摩擦磨损对比试验.结果表明:将球径减小1.0mm时,关节轴承所受的最大压应力从1623.4MPa减小到1150.1MPa;在磨损量一定的情况下,结构优化后关节轴承的磨损距离(15760m)比优化前的(13847m)显著增大.The structure of a radial spherical plain bearing GEZ101ES was optimized making use of ANSYS finite element method. The optimized spherical diameter for the GEZ101ES bearing was obtained under static load and unchanged assembly dimensions, by changing the value of the spherical diameter. The friction and wear behaviors of the non-optimized and optimized spherical bearings were comparatively investigated. It was found that when the spherical diameter of the spherical bearings decreased by 1mm, the 3rd primary stress under the rated static load decreased from 1623.4 MPa to 1150.1 MPa, which indicated that the optimization of the spherical bearing contributed to greatly decrease the normal stress applied onto the bearing. Moreover, at a constant wear depth of 150 μm of the spherical bearing, the optimized spherical bearing had a much larger wear distance(15760 m) than the non-optimized one(13847 m). Thus the optimization could be successful in terms of the effectiveness in increasing the wear resistance of the spherical bearing.
