摘　　要：本系统软件由4个功能模块组成,能贮存大量的人事技术档案、护理技术训练信息,快速检出各训练阶段及终末数据,并能图、表、文字并茂,打印所需图表和数据信息。解决了既往技术训练资料保存不全、训练结果查询麻烦、训练评定人为因素多等问题。提高了训练质量和达标率,创新了护理技术训练管理模式,适用于各类型医院护理技术训练管理。The authors used a computer management system to standardize 30 items of technical nursing training,which made training management more systematic and objective. The computer soft ware is composed of four funtional chips , which can store a great amount of individual information of technical nursing training, search data in various training stages quickly, present charts , tables and writeings and can print out those essential imfomation. This management system make technical date presentation more complete , training results conveniently retrieved and training assessment more objective, thus improving the training quality and bringing about great changes in technical nursing training management pattern. This system is suitable for nursing technical training management in all types of hospitals.
