摘　　要：1990～1995年,我们对50例脊柱畸形患者进行了手术治疗,获得了满意的治疗结果。同时也积累了一些如何从护理方面预防或减少脊柱畸形矫正术后早期并发症的经验。作者从病室准备、伤口负压引流、术后绝对卧床期和下床活动期等几个重要环节,谈了自己的看法。From 1990 to 1995, fifty patients with spinal deformities , including scoliosis and kyphosis , were treated surgically in our department , and all of them got satisfactory therapeutic outcome. Meanwhile , we accumulated some experience in postoperative care , prevention and reduction of complications in early stage after the surgical procedures. In this article , we discuss intensively about the preparation of the wards , suction drainage of wounds , and other focal points in nonambulatory and ambulatory stages after the operation.
