开颅术后患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的护理

摘　　要：为了有效预防、及时正确地观察和处理开颅术后下肢深静脉血栓形成．作者对6例开颅术后下肢深静脉血栓形成并全部治愈的患者作了回顾性分析，认为对此类患者的防治与护理要点在于针对发病诱因采取有效预防措施，加强病情观察，一般治疗与护理、药物治疗相结合。了解药物的作用和不良反应。A retrospective study was made of the prevention and treatment of deep venous embolism in the legafter carniotomy in 6 patients. The results showed that focal points for the prevention and treatment of deep ve-nous embolism are: 1 ) to take effective measures to keep the patients from any possible inducing agent; 2 ) tohave constant observation of change in the patients' condition, and 3 ) to combine general treatment and nursingwith medicinal therapy. It is important for nurses to have a better knowledge of the effect of the drugs usedand to observe the occurrence of any possible side effects.
