关于军队医院内涵发展的几个问题

摘　　要：作者联系医院当前实际认为，医院内涵发展有四个问题需要把握：（１）改善硬件条件，既要上档次，又要防止贪大求全；（２）坚持科技兴院，既要重视科研成果，更要重视整体医疗水平的提高；（３）加强人才培养，既要注意研究生数量，又要注重高素质人才群体的形成；（４）搞好设备建设，搞好设备建设，既要看总值，又要看内在结构。By combining the practical situation of the hospital, the author proposes four problems which should be considered in the connotation development of a hospital: Hospital hardware should he improved at a high level, but on the other hand , insatiable desire for large and solving all -- problem equipment should be avoided; in developing the hospital by means of science and technology, stress should be laid on scientific achievements as well as on the overall quality of medical service; in the training of personnel, the number of postgraduates recruited by the hospital and group formation of high quality human resources are equally important; in equipment construction,the internal structure is as important as the total profit.
