纤维膀胱镜在肾盂切开取石术中的应用

摘　　要：为了减少肾结石开放手术带来的危险和并发症,降低残石发生率,提高治愈率,笔者利用纤维膀胱镜细长、灵活的特点,应用于肾盂切开取石32例获得较满意的效果。作者认为,纤维膀胱镜应用于肾盂切开取石术,无需扩大切口,避免了肾盂的损伤和并发症,而并不增加手术时间,同时能发现肾内其他病变,扩大了纤维膀胱镜的使用范围。Two hundred thirteen nephrolithes were removed from 32 cases of complicated nephrolithia-sis such as deerhorn and polyleplic nephrolith in open operation by fibrecystoscopy, Reexamined by ultra-sonography and KUB X - gram after treatment there was founded no stone left. The fibrecystoscopy method in the nephropyelolithotomy was introduced and how to reduce the renal pelvis injury, prevent the complications, cut down the rate of stone left over were also discussed. As an examining tool, fibrecystoscopy may find other pathological changes in the nephropyelolithotomy.
