鸡传染性喉气管炎(ILT)病毒对BWEL品系10个家系SPF鸡的感染试验

摘　　要：用传染性喉气管炎（ILT）强毒株感染10个家系150日龄BWEL—SPF鸡，观察比较临床症状和剖检所见病变。结果，第10家系对ILT强毒株最敏感，第8家系次之，第1、3家系又次之，其余几个家系敏感性相对较差。从而评估该鸡群每个家系鸡或鸡胚对IL－T病毒的敏感性。Ten Strains of adult specific pathogen free chickens are infected with Laryngotracheitis(ILT) virulent virus, Investigate the clinical signs and post mortem findings. Result, The tenthstrain chicken is the most sensitive to ILT virulent virus. The eighth strain chicken is more thanthe fist and third. The others sensitivity is relatively both Thus, the sensitivity of every strain ofBWEL-SPF chicken to ILTVcan be estimate.
