摘　　要：应用硬壁隔离器培育，饲养SPF种鸡，疫病净化至关重要，但在培育过程中也要保持来源鸡群各项性能指标的相对稳定。我们在做好疫病净化的同时，定期对BWEL－SPF鸡各代各项性能指标进行测定，结果，BWEL－SPF鸡各代各项性能指标与来源鸡群各项性能指标相同或相近，没有明显的变化。Disease dearance is vital in SPF breed chickens. When they are fed in hardwall isolators. Inthe mean time, it is also needed to keep the relative stability of the charactors index in differentgenerations of the source flock. We hare determined characters index of different generations ofBWEL-SPF chickens. The results showed that all characters are the same or similar between thedifferent generations and the sowrce flock.
