摘　　要：本文作者共行大鼠同种肾移植80例，总结出大鼠同种肾移植模型区别于其他小动物移植模型的特点，对大鼠同种肾移植模型的手术过程作了简明扼要的阐述，并对其运用和相关的问题进行了探讨。旨在提高模型的成功率。Eighty cases of rat homograft transplantation models are preformed, The operation processesis described briefly and concisely. And the uses of this model and main complications of the operation, as well as some problems related, such as using of antibiotic, chosing of donor and recipient,are discussed.
