辐照猪皮在门诊Ⅱ度烧伤病人中的使用

摘　　要：对73例门诊Ⅱ度烧伤病人行清创后辐照猪皮一次性覆盖,不需任何其他附加治疗。结果表明,烧伤创面平均愈合时间只需7天,治愈率达92％,愈合创面光滑整洁。这一疗法,不仅减轻了因多次换药给病人带来恐惧、痛苦和经济负担,也减少了医生的工作负荷。我们认为:在基层医疗单位,用辐照猪皮覆盖Ⅱ度烧伤创面是行之有效的治疗方法。During the past half year, 73 outpatients with partial - thickness bum injury (from 0.5% TBSA to 35% TBSA)were treated only with radiated - pigskin in our burn unit. No other treatments were added to these patients. The results shew the following. (1)The average time of bum wound healing is reduced to 7 days and the cure rate reached 92 percent. (2)The healed bum wounds appear very smooth and neat. (3)The pain of these patients were alleviated and the amounts of doctor's work were also reduced. We think that covering and dressing partial - thickness bum wound with radiated - pigskin is one of the helpful treatments in basic bum unit.
