哌异合剂加局封预防胆心反射的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探索减少胆道手术中胆心反射发生率的方法。方法:63例胆道手术切皮时静脉注射哌替啶50mg,异丙嗪25mg,腹腔探查前用0.5％普鲁卡因10ml行胆囊颈部局部阻滞。另40例不采用该法作为对照比较胆心反射的发生率。结果:63例采用上述方法的病人,发生胆心反射8例,占12.7％,40例对照病人发生胆心反射19例。占47.5％,两组有显著差异。结论:哌异合剂加局部阻滞的有有效地预防胆心反射。Objective:To study the method of decreasing the incidence of gallbladder - heart reflection (GHR) in biliary tract operition. Methods: 63 cases were given pethidine in the dose of 50mg and promethazini in the dose of 25mg through intravention before celiotomy incision, and 0.5% procaine 10ml to the neck of the gallbladder before exploration during biliary tract operation. Other 40 cases didn' t take the method as a contrat. Results : Among the 63 cases with the methos 8(12.7%) had GHR, and of the 40 cases who didn't take the method, 19(47.5%) had GHR. there is apparently significant difference. Conclusions : The mellod with pethidine - promethazini mixture plus local block can officiently prevent the GHR.
