原发性骨质疏松致腰背痛的治疗分析(附142例报告)

摘　　要：目的:探讨原发性骨质疏松症致腰背痛的治疗方法及适应症。方法:1984～1996年共治疗原发性骨质疏松症致腰背痛142例。椎体Ⅰ°减少者72例,Ⅱ°减少者48例,Ⅲ°减少者22例,其中压缩性骨折36例。结果:本组保守治疗122例,手术治疗20例,均取得很好的疗效。结论:原发性骨质疏松致腰背痛均可根据x-Ray和临床相结合来进行有效治疗,适宜基层医院推广、应用。Objective:To study the treatment and indication of the lumbago ache caused by primary ostedoporo-sis.Methods: From 1984 to 1996 year, 142 cases with lumbago ache caused by primary osteoporosis were treated, of which 72 were Ⅰ ° reducedfor vertibrabody; 48 were Ⅱ °and 22 were Ⅲ°; 36 were compression fracture.Results:These results indicated that the treatment of 122 cases with conservation and 20 cases with operation effective. Conclusion: Lumbago ache caused by primary osteoporsis may be diagnosed by x - Ray and clinical apparatus, treated effectively and applied worldspreadly at general hospitals.
