摘　　要：目的:为股骨中、下段骨不连、骨缺损提供一种新的疗法。方法:应用膝降血管关节支为蒂的股骨内侧髁骨膜(骨)瓣移位术予以修复。结果:临床应用11例,效果满意。结论:本骨膜(骨)瓣移位术具有操作简便、手术安全、疗效可靠和易于推广等优点。Objective:To provide a new method of treating the nonunions of middle, lower part and bony defects of the femora. Methods: The nonunions and bony defects were repaired with the bone flap grafting with the arteria genus descendens as pedicle on the condylus medialis femoris. Results: This method was applied to 11 cases. The results were satisfactory.Conclusion:The bone flap grafting has the advantages of easy procedure, safety and reliablility.
