摘  要:CdS nanoparticles with different sizes have been successfully synthesi zed by microwave-assisted solid state reaction between Cd(CH3COO)2·2H2O and Na2 S·9H2O at the presence of surfactant PEG400. The process of heating has influen ce on the crystallinity of CdS. The products were characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM , and the formation mechanism of CdS nanoparticles has also been discussed.CdS nanoparticles with different sizes have been successfully synthesized by microwave-assisted solid state reaction between Cd(CH3COO)(2).2H(2)O and Na2S.9H(2)O at the presence of surfactant PEG400.
