摘　　要：目的:通过观察丹参注射液对麻醉犬血流动力学各项指标的影响,探讨其治疗各种心脑血管疾病的作用机理。方法:采用健康杂种家犬麻醉开胸,用RM-6000型多导生理记录仪及MF-1100电磁血流量计分别测定或计算血流动力学各项指标。结果:丹参注射液在8mg/kg剂量时,可降低舒张压(DAP)和平均动脉压(MAP),并可轻微增加左心室内压最大上升速率(+dp/dtmax)及心输出量(CO)。结论:丹参注射液具有一定的扩张外周血管,降低外周血管阻力,增加心肌收缩力,增加心输出量的作用。Objective:To study the influence of Danshen injection on every index of hemodynamics in anaesthetized dogs and to probe into the mechanism of its treatment for various cardio-cerebral vascular diseases.Methods:Every index of hemodynamics was determined and calculated respectively by using RM-6000 model polygraph physiological recorder and MF-1100 electromagnetic blood flow meter in the anaesthetized open chest dogs.Results:In a dosage of 8mg.kg-1,diastolic pressure and MAP were decreased,maximal ascending rate of left intraventricular pressure(+dp/dtmax)and cardiac out put were increased slightly.Conclution:The functions of this medicine were expansion of periphery blood vessel and reduction its resistance,increase in myocardium contractive force and in cardiac out put.
