摘　　要：悬链式链斗卸船机是用于驳船卸载的一种高效连续卸船机,迄今我国已研制成生产率为150～1200t/h的多种机型,在港口、电厂和钢铁企业的码头用于卸煤炭、粮食及铁矿石等松散物料。其主要部件有链斗机构、立柱、悬臂梁、链斗升降机构、横移小车、按料带式输送机、倾斜带式输送机、移船系统和控制系统等。本文还介绍了主要参数的计算公式。The chain-bucket shipunloader with suspended chain is a very effective continuous unloader for barges. Up to now, a number of shipunloaders with 150—1200 t/h unloading rate has been developed in China. They are used at berths of harbor terminals, power stations and iron-steel enterprices for unloading coal, grain, iron ore etc. The main components include chain-bucket mechanism, mast, suspended boom, lift mechanism of the chain-bucket, shuttle trolley, receiving belt conveyor, inclined belt conveyor, barge moving mechanism and control system. The formulae for calculating main parameters are introduced.
