摘　　要：界定了湖北农村核心竞争力的概念,建立了湖北农村核心竞争力的培育模型。指出培育提升湖北农村核心竞争力应从两个方面着手,一是突出比较优势,充分利用湖北农村区位、资源和技术等比较优势;二是发展竞争优势,关键是湖北农村的制度、组织、科技的创新,经济结构的调整和农村教育问题。The concept of core competence in Hubei rural areas is introduced. A model to cultivate core competence in Hubei rural areas is established. It is pointed out that there exist two aspects to promote core competence in Hubei rural areas: firstly to emphasize on comparative advantages, such as utilizing Hubei regional resources and technology comparative advantages; secondly to develop its competitive advantages. Issues like innovation of system, organization and technology, adjustment of economic structure and education in rural areas are discussed.
