大承气汤对内毒素血症小鼠胃肠运动的影响

摘　　要：目的　观察大承气汤对内毒素血症小鼠胃肠运动的影响及其机制。方法　观察小、中和大剂量大承气汤在内毒素血症中对小鼠炭末推进率和湿粪计数的影响。结果　中剂量和大剂量大承气汤组均能显著增加炭末推进率 (P <0 .0 5和P <0 .0 1)。用普萘洛尔 (7mg/kg)阻断 β受体后 ,炭末推进率较受体阻断前大剂量大承气汤组加强 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,对湿粪计数亦有相似作用。结论　大承气汤可增强内毒素血症小鼠胃肠运动 ,普萘洛尔可使其作用进一步加强。Objective It is to observe the influence and mechani sm o f Dachengqi Decoction on the gastrointestinal motility in mice with endotoxemia.Methods The effects of Dachengqi Decoction with varied dose on the carbo medicin alis propulsive rate and count of waterish feces in mice with endotoxemia were o bserved.Results The carbo medicinalis propulsive rates of middle and large doses Dacheng qi Decoction groups were markedly increased (P<0.05 and P<0.01). The rat e of lar ge dose Dachengqi Decoction group after β receptor blocked with propranolol (7 mg/kg) was strengthened than that before receptor blocked (P<0.05). The sim ilar change was found in count of waterish feces.Conclusions Dachengqi Decoction can enhance gastrointestinal motil ity in mice with endotoxemia and the effect can be enhanced by propranolol.
