摘　　要：通过对党的十六大报告的学习,从十六大报告与图书馆改革、小康社会目标与公共图书馆、信息资源建设三个方面阐述学习感想。Based on the study of the documents of the 16th National Congress of the CPC, the author elaborates his reflections on the relations between the reports to the Congress and the library reform, the lofty goal of the building a well-off society and the information resources construction in the public libraries.
