摘 要:进行了等离子体状态下煤的热解研究,考察了煤挥发分、煤比能耗、供粉速率、淬冷等因素对等离子体热解煤制取乙炔的影响。实验结果表明:挥发分产率在25%~40%的烟煤有比较高的乙炔收率;随着煤比能耗的增加,煤的转化率和乙炔收率呈增加趋势;随着供粉速度的提高,煤的转化率和乙炔收率呈下降的趋势;适当的淬冷位置和淬冷速率对乙炔的生成有利。The effects on direct manufacture of acetylene from coal were investigated. The results showed that the coals which contained 25%~40% volatile substance have higher acetylene yield than that with lower volatile substance and coal conversion and acetylene yield gradually increased as the specific energy consumption of coal were increased. However, either coal conversion or acetylene yield grew downwards as the feedstock rate was increased. The experiments further confirmed that the suitable position and speed of quenching cold water was beneficial to the formation of acetylene.
