摘　　要：在AutoCAD2000图形处理平台下,用面向对象开发工具VBA研发了齿轮坯闭式模锻CAPP系统。本系统能够自动进行工艺参数的计算和工艺方案的制订,并通过人机交互的方式确定和修改参数,以达到设计意图,最终生成锻件图、工艺卡。应用本软件可极大地提高设计人员的工作效率,缩短生产准备周期。The CAPP system for flashless forging of gear blanks is described in this paper, which takes VBA as objected-oriented development tool and AutoCAD2002 as drawing platform. This system can not only calculate process parameters and set down process plan automatically, but also choose and modify parameters by interactive mode to satisfy design purpose. At last, forging drawings and the forging procedure card are created.
