摘　　要：为建立烟草行业统一的梗丝检测标准,解决企业在检测梗丝膨胀效果时借用烟丝填充值的测定标准不能真实反映梗丝实际膨胀效果的问题,确定以膨胀梗丝的出烟率作为判定基准,通过测定不同膨胀效果梗丝的出烟率、相同硬度条件百支卷烟重量、自然堆积体积以及不同施重压力、延迟时间条件下的填充值并对试验数据进行分析整理,建立了一种能够真实反映梗丝膨胀效果且操作性和实用性均较强的梗丝填充值测定方法:填充仪测定施重压力为9 8N,延迟时间为30s。In order to solve the problem that the actual expansion effect of expanded cut stem could not be reflected by its filling power measured with the determination method of cut tobacco, the number of cigarette made from a (given) amount of expanded cut stem was taken as a check standard, the weight of one hundred cigarettes with the same cigarette hardness, the natural bulk volume, and the filling power tested under different pressure and retaining time of four kinds of expanded cut stem were determined. A novel method for determining the filling power which actually reflected expansion effect of expanded cut stem was developed, it features good operational ability and practicability. Its operational condition was 9.8N of pressure and 30 seconds of retaining time
