摘　　要：根据现有事业单位人事管理及工资管理系统应用软件存在的缺陷,设计了人事和工资管理两部分独立且协调统一的管理程序。设计采用Microsoft Access 2000来建立数据库,使用Visual Basic来编制应用程序。According to the findings of the shortages of current managing system softwares used to charge the information of clerks and their wages in many companies, this software has been designed not only independent but also coordinating each other. The date base of the software is built with microsoft Acces 2000 and the program is written with visal basic.
