福建省征占用林地管理的调查研究

摘　　要：重点调查研究了福建省2001年至2003年上半年征占用林地管理的现状,比较全面地分析了林地管理的难点及其原因,从依法治林的角度提出了征占用林地管理的主要建议与对策。The present management situation of making a requisition foor occupying forest land in Fujian Province during the period of time from 2001 to the first half year of 2003 is investigated in detail. The difficulties and their causes in forest land management are comprehensively analyzed. Some suggestions and countermeasures for management of requisition or occupying of forest land are put forward for administering of forestry according to laws.
