摘　　要：物流和供应链管理的时代已经到来。物流对于企业竞争和国家实力具有重要的影响；阐释了物流一体化、第三方物流的概念及其关系；结合中国企业的目前实际和上述理论，较为完整地提出了综合物流代理模式及其运作思路。The age of logistics and supply chain management has come. This paper analyzed the important impact of logistics on enterprise competition and national strength briefly. The concepts of logistics integration and the third party logistics, and the relation between them were explained. Combined with present practices and these theories, this paper put forward an integrated logistics agent mode and its operation method integrally Finally, a related case was analyzed.
