摘 要:为了解初入高原人员的血氧饱和度及心率的变化规律,为高原施工部队劳动保护提 供科学依据。应用8500型血氧饱和度脉搏监护仪,对1356名施工官兵在不同海拔高度进行血氧 饱和度及脉搏测定。血氧饱和度随海拔长高而降低,不同海拔高度血氧饱和度相差非常显著(P< 0.01),血氧饱和度与海拔高度呈直线负相关。脉搏随海拔升高而增快,不同海拔高度的脉搏差异 非常显著(P<0.01),但海拔不超过1000M时,脉搏变化不大。血氧饱和度能直观反映集体对高原 低氧环境的适应水平,以血氧饱和度作为劳动保护指标,能有效降低高原适应不全症的发生率,急 进高原应坚持阶梯开进,且每一阶梯海拔以不超过1000M为宜。We did this investagation and observation to find change relationship between the puls and thd blood oxygen saturation of the men newly coming toplateau,so we can make use of it as protection direction in plateau labor. We got the results of puls and blood oxygen satura- tion of 1356 army-men laboring in five different height plateaus by using 8500-type Blood Oxygen Saturation and Pulse Monitor. The result shows the following:: the blood oxygen saturation decreases with the height rising and the difference is very significantIP<0. 01), too. However,the pulse change is not significant when laboring with 100m of sea level. From the result we conclude that taking SaO2 as the labor protection index can efficiently decrease the incidence of uncomplete fitting diseases in plateau. So we suggest the troops go into the plateau with step-by-step stop interval even in emmergency and every adjacent stop height difference be with 1000m.
