摘　　要：江苏拥有约65.3万hm2的滩涂,是江苏最主要的后备土地资源,有超过2/3的海岸带处于淤长状态,每年新淤约1333 hm2,滩涂资源总体开发水平不高,因此滩涂围垦利用的潜力很大;从管理体制,资金、技术的投入、滩涂土地资源的合理配置以及生物多样性的保护等方面对江苏沿海滩涂的可持续发展作了初步探讨。There is about 653 000 hm2 of tidal flat in Jiangsu Province.It is an important reserve resources.More than 2/3 coastal zones are silting, and accumulation tidal flat about 33 333 hm2every year; in addition, the tidal flat resources are not be exploited and used adequately, so the potentialities of inning and exploitation the tidal flat is prominent. Some countermeasures of exploitation the tidal flat of Jiangsu Province are discussed in view of sustainable development: including the management system, the investment of capital and technology, reasonable disposition of tidal flat resources, and the protection of biology diversity, and so on.
