摘　　要：本文介绍的跳跃式温度开关是跳跃膜片特性和双金属膜片温度特性的有机结合,即将普通的双金属片通过成形工艺加工成在温度作用下具有跳跃特性的双金属膜片,利用这种跳跃特性实现电源的接通和断开,达到温度控制的目的。文中还介紹绍了对该温度开关进行的各种检验性试验,试验结果表明,该温度开关性能良好。可以替代国外进口的同类产品。The skip diaphragm temperature switch introduced in this paper is designed based on the characteristics of skip diaphragm andsheet bimetals.In the switch,a sheet bimetals is formed in shape ofspherical shell like diaphragm which will skip at certain point of tempera-ture.By the skipping,the circuit can be closed or shut off to controlthe temperature.As a conclusion,tests for examine the switch perform-ances are briefed in the end which tell the design a great success.
