银屑胶囊对小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 研究银屑胶囊对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 昆明种小鼠,体重 18～22g,♂♀各半,随机分为 6组,即对照组、环磷酰胺组(25 mg/kg)、左旋咪唑组(32 mg/kg)和银屑胶囊 3 个剂量组(0.47、0.95、1.89 g/kg)。环磷酰胺组腹腔注射给药,隔日 1 次,其余各组均灌胃给药,每日 1 次,连续 21 d,观察预定指标。结果 银屑胶囊低、中剂量组均可明显提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能,提高淋巴细胞转化率,增加小鼠淋巴细胞非特异性酯酶染色阳性率,促进小鼠溶血素的产生,增加小鼠血清血凝抗体的形成。结论 银屑胶囊有增强细胞免疫和体液免疫的作用,有益于银屑病的治疗。Objective To observe effect of Yinxie capsule on the immune function of mouse. Methods Selecting both male and female mouse of Kunming strain with body-weight between 18～22 g, and randomly dividing them into six groups-control group, cytoxan (CTX) group (25 mg/kg), levamisole group (32 mg/kg) and Yinxie capsule group with three dosage (0.47, 0.95, 1.89 g/kg). CTX group (25 mg/kg) was given CTX by intraperitoneal injection (ip) every other day. The rest groups were given medicine by introgastric (ig) everyday for 21 d. The indices were observed and recorded. Results Yinxie capsule (0.47, 0.95 g/kg, ig) could significantly enhance the phagocytic function of macrophage in abdominal cavity of mice, the percentage of lymphocte transformation induced by PHA, the percentage of the ANAE+ T lymphocytes, the titer of serum hemagglutination antibody against SRBC and the hemolytic antibody. Conclusion Yinxie capsule has clear enhancement effect on cellular immunity and humoural immunity and is benefical for treating psoriasis.
