摘  要:目的 观察丹参注射液对实验动物神经系统、呼吸系统及心血管系统的影响 ,为临床用药提供实验依据。方法 采用静脉注射给药后 ,观察其对小鼠一般行为、协调运动及自主活动的影响。了解对实验动物神经系统的影响。观察麻醉犬呼吸频率、呼吸幅度及心电图、血压、心率等各项生理指标 ,了解对实验动物呼吸系统及心血管系统的影响。结果 在本实验条件下 ,对实验小鼠一般行为、协调运动及自主活动无明显影响。在剂量为2、4 mg/kg时对麻醉犬呼吸频率、呼吸幅度及心电图、血压、心率等各项生理指标无明显影响。静脉注射 8m g/kg时 ,对麻醉犬的心率及血压有短暂降低作用 ,对呼吸及心电图无明显影响。结论 丹参注射液对实验动物神经系统、呼吸系统无明显影响 ,而对心血管系统有一定的作用。Objective To study the influence of danshen injection (salvia miltiorrhiza injection) on the nervous system,respiratory system and cardiovascular system of laboratory animal,offer an experimental basis for clinical application.Methods By observing the influence of danshen injection,which was given by intravenous injection (iv) to mice,on the general behavior,coordinate exercise and independent activity,to understand the impact on nervous system of laboratory animal.By observing many physiological indices such as respiratory rate,breathing range,electrocardiogram,blood pressure, heart rate,etc.in anaesthetized dogs,to understand the impact on the respiratory system and cardiovascular system of laboratory animal.Results In this experiment,danshen injection did not obviously influence general behavior, coordinate exercise and independent activity in mice.It also had no influence on respiratory rate,breathing range and electrocardiogram,blood pressure,heart rate,etc.at 2,4 mg/kg dosage in the anaesthetized dogs.At the 8 mg/kg by iv in the anaesthetized dogs it had transient function of reducing heart rate and blood pressure,but no influence on breath and electrocardiogram. Conclusion Danshen injection has not obvious influence on the nervous system, respiratory system of laboratory animals, and has certain function to the cardiovascular system.
