中西医结合治疗红皮病型银屑病临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察中西医结合治疗红皮病型银屑病的疗效。方法 :采用中药分期治疗 ,同时配合静脉滴注地塞米松治疗 30例 ,并与单纯西药治疗 30例对照观察。结果 :治疗组中基本痊愈 2 1例 ,显效 7例 ,有效 2例 ,愈显率为 93.3% ;对照组中基本痊愈 15例 ,显效 8例 ,有效 6例 ,无效 1例 ,愈显率为 76 .7%。两组愈显率比较有显著差异 (χ2 =4 .16 ,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :中药在提高疗效、撤减皮质类固醇等方面起到一定作用。Objective:To observe the effect of integrated TCM and WM in treating psoriasis typed erythroderma.Method:30 patients were treated with traditional Chinese medicine by stages combined with dexamethasone given intravenously.30 patients treated with western medicine only were set up as the control group.Result:In the treatment group,21 cases cured,7 cases significantly effective,2 cases effective,the total effective rate was 100%;In the control group,15 cases cured,8 cases significantly effective,6 cases effective,1 case ineffective,the total effective rate was 96.7%.The difference in cure rate and effective rate between the two groups was notable(χ 2=4.16,P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese Medicine has certain effect in enhancing the therapeutic effect of corticosteroids and helping their withdrawal.
