摘  要:采用模拟实验方法研究了凝胶颗粒在岩心中的运移特性、封堵能力及其调剖效果。利用可视化孔喉模型观测凝胶颗粒在孔喉处的变形和破碎过程;应用多测点岩心模拟实验得到的压力分布动态资料分析凝胶颗粒段塞的运移位置;利用残余阻力系数评价凝胶颗粒在岩心中的封堵能力。模拟实验结果表明,凝胶颗粒在特高渗透岩心中具有较好的运移特性,可以降低岩心的渗透率;在非均质油层中具有一定的调剖效应。另外,凝胶颗粒在注入端的堵塞较严重,而在距注入端较远处封堵能力明显减弱。The migration behavior, plugging ability and profile control effects of gel particle in core were studied. The process of deformation and breakup of the gel particles at pore throat was observed through visual pore throat model; migration position of gel particle slug was determined by dynamic data analysis on multi-point pressure distribution obtained in core modeling experiments ; its plugging ability in core was evaluated by residual resistance factor. Experimental results show that the gel particles have better migration property in ultra-high permeability cores and may lower core permeability , and improve profile control in heterogeneous formation to some extend. Besides, the plugging of gel particle is found seriously at injection end and weakly away from injection end.
