摘　　要：针对武钢冷轧厂对湿平整剂应具有多种功能的要求 ,对选择的数 10种添加剂进行了单独和复合作用性能试验 ,筛选出羧酸盐、脂肪族胺盐、杂环类有机物、安息香酸盐等高分子化合物水溶性防锈剂、聚氧乙烯非离子表面活性剂和脂肪酸盐阴离子表面活性剂为清洗添加剂以及低聚性高分子有机化合物作为成膜剂。结果表明 ,研制的YX 3湿平整剂不含亚硝酸盐 ,用于冷轧钢板、镀锌钢板的防锈性优于英国同类产品 ,具有优良的清洗性、适宜的润滑性 ,并与精整工序静电喷涂防锈油相容 ,在单。To meet the multi-functional requirements of temper roll- ing liquor in the cold roiling mill of WISCO, some dozens of addi- tives was selected individually or in combination fer performance tests. The chosen temper roiling liquor is composed of water-sol- uble rust inhibitors such as carboxylate, fatty amine salt, hetero- cyclic organics and benzoate, cleaning additives such as polyoxy- ethylene nonionic surfactant and fatty acid sah anionic surfactant, and film formers such as high molecular oligomer. The results of laboratory systematical evaluation and industrial application show that YX- 3 temper rolling liquor is nitrite free, and its rust- pre- venting is superior to homogeneous British product for cold rolled steel sheet and galvanized sheet. The YX-3 liquor with good cleaning property and favorable lubricity is compatible with elec- trostatic spraying antirust oil in the finishing process, and is suit- able for single stand and double stands.
