摘 要:在加热条件下,基于Bi( )对聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)催化蛋白质-耐尔蓝(NB)的荧光反应有强的抑制作用,建立了动力学光度测定铋的新方法。ΔF与CBi( )呈线性关系的范围为0.07~0.52μg/L;检出限为0.005μg/L;对0.10和0.40μgBi( )/L测定的RSD分别为6.4%和2.6%。该方法已用于某些谷物、人发和水样中Bi( )的测定,结果满意。A kinetic method is established for the determination of trace bismuth based on its inhibition to the catalytic fluorescence reaction of Protein-nile blue by polycrylamid in the hot water 0.07~0.52 μg/L and the detection limit is 0.005 μg/L of Bi(Ⅲ), the relative standard deviation bath , the linear relation between the ΔF and the concentration of Bi(Ⅲ) are found to be for 11 replicate measurements of 0.10 and 0.40 μg/L Bi(Ⅲ)is 6.4 % and2.6 %,respectively. The method has been applied to the determination of trace bismuth in farina, human hair and water samples with satisfactory result.
