摘　　要：雨涝是我省主要天气气候灾害之一,几乎每年都不同程度地发生。在雨季里,由于长期连续阴雨或大雨,暴雨而形成大面积的地表径流造成内涝,如果出观大范围连续暴雨会引起山洪暴发,危害工农业生产和人民生命财产。因此,了解雨涝的天气气候规律,以便有效地采取措施,对四化建设具有重要的意义。Llsing 30 years precipitation data and a set of expcricnceed criteria of flood for Jiangsu province, the paper presents a detailed climate analysis and describes the distribution of the rate of the flood occurrence in different areas and different seasons. The relations among the flood, the geographic condition and other factors are also diseussed.
