摘　　要：成功研制了JC-458-BX冷轧薄板轧制油。将其应用于本溪钢铁集团公司冷轧薄板厂四机架CDCM连轧机上,具有优异的轧机清净性、退火清净性及润滑性,可轧制0.46mm以上各种规格的簿板。工业应用表明,JC-458-BX冷轧薄板轧制油达到了国际同类产品的先进水平。JC-458-BX thin-plate cold-rolling oil was formulated with success and used on CDCM type high speed continues 4-stand mill in Benxi Iron and Steel Corporation. The oil product has shown excellent performances including mill cleanliness, annealing cleanliness and lubrication. In the cold - rolling process, the rolling oil can be used to roll variety of steel strips with thickness above 0. 46mm. It is shown in industrial applications that the oil product has reached an advanced level of similar foreign products.
