摘　　要：随着风险投资在我国的不断扩大,发展我国风险投资中介机构已经势在必行,探讨我国风险投资中介的风险也变得极为重要。本文从我国风险投资中介机构的现状入手,研究我国风险投资机构的风险问题,分析形成风险的基本原因和环境影响,并提出相应的对策和建议。With the increasing of our venture capital, it is very essential to develop our venture capital medium at the moment. It becomes more and more important to study about our venture capital medium. The paper begins with the present conditions of our venture capital medium,studies the venture questions and analyses the basic reason and the circumstances. At last the new countermeasures are provided.
