摘　　要：全桥移相式零电压软开关逆变弧焊电源在轻载和空载时难以实现零电压开关。在采用饱和谐振电感的基础上,设计了变压器二次侧辅助电感,实现了包括空载在内的所有负载范围内主功率器件的零电压开关。In this paper,an improved Phase-shift(PS) Full-Bridge(FB) Zero-Voltage-Switching(ZVS) circuit which is used in the inverter welding power supply is proposed.Based on the saturated resonance inductor,the zero-voltage-switching of power devices is realized on load and no-load state.
