摘 要:"莲9S"是通过高海拔、低温、长日照加压筛选而育成的高蛋白籼型低温敏核不育系,育性转换临界温度23 1℃,在江西稳定不育期达70d以上,利用冷水串灌繁殖自交结实率在50%以上。所配组合杂一代抽穗期倾短亲,且有苗期耐寒、米质优和蛋白质含量高等特点。'Lian 9S', derived from a mutant plant in the population of '1286S'(W7415S/GanⅠS) and screened through low temperature and long daylength at high altitudes, was an early indica TGMS line with high protein content. Its critical temperature for induction of sterility was 23.1℃. In Jiangxi province, it had a long and stable sterile period (over 70 days), and had high self-setting rate (more than 50%) as reproduced through cold water irrigation. Rice hybrid combinations bred from 'Lian 9S' had tolerance to chill during seedling stage, good rice quality and high protein content, their heading date tended to that of the parent with shorter growth duration.
